Located near the base of Pendle Hill in the picturesque village of Worston, a few miles from Clitheroe and within minutes of the A59. The inn boasts stunning views of Pendle Hill, extensive gardens outside, a roaring log fire. It’s the place for families to get together, friends to meet and for walker’s and cyclists to mingle and dine. The inn offers an extensive menu of locally sourced choices and is served in the ‘Glass House’, dining room or in the bar area and is perfect for all occasions from a tempting mid week treat to a big family Sunday lunch. Weather permitting, lunch and dinner are also served on the decking over looking the stream and gardens or in the gardens itself. Whether you would like breakfast, lunch or dinner the Calf’s Head provides many choices and ample portions.
12 bedrooms are available from double ensuites through to a deluxe suite with separate lounge and spa pool. There are also facilities for private parties, functions and weddings.
