The mission is to evoke a sense of childlike wonder, often using nostalgic ingredients within a variety of recipes, developed by Rachael. Rachael uses local and seasonal ingredients to offer her own version of traditional bakes (some not so traditional). Situated next to the main line railway station, makes the bakery one of the first businesses to welcome visitors with the enticing smell of freshly baked cakes.
