Burnley Mechanics Theatre

The Mechanics Theatre is a vibrant and multi-faceted venue in the heart of Burnley town centre; by day it is a thriving bistro serving home cooked food, uniquely presented with excellent service and by night it is one of Burnley’s best evenings out, showcasing a variety of music, theatre and entertainment shows. Pre-show dining experiences help to make the Mechanics, Burnley’s premier night out.

The Theatre boasts a 495 seat auditorium and smaller, more intimate performance spaces of The Front Room and The Loft. The welcoming Lounge Bar has an impressive collection of over 100 gins, serves Burnley’s best Afternoon Tea and a fine selection of local ales, it also plays as a changing exhibition space for local artists and students. A dance rehearsal space and conferencing facilities are also available for hire.
