A partnership between Fylde Council and SmileFactor10 with support from St Annes Town Council. The fabulous international Kite Festival Returns to St Annes on Sea and will feature single line kites of all shapes and sizes, including inflatable octopus, flying cows whales and many more. The Event is of course entirely weather dependent and the planned programme may change at short notice due to operational constraints or weather conditions.
