This was once a Fisherman's Cottage for over two hundred years but has now been re-furbished to a very high standard. Located 100m from the beach at Thurnham Moss / Cockerham Sands.
Close to the estuary of the river Lune and south-end of Morecambe Bay with views across Morecambe Bay, the Lake District Mountains and the Forest of Bowland. A very secluded and peaceful position three miles from the main road.Surrounded by horses, sheep and cows.
Situated at the beginning of a seven mile coastal walkway with Cocker Sands Abbey only ¼ mile away. Close by is Glasson Dock where you can purchase “Smoked Fish” from their “Smoke House” or watch the yachts sailing in through the lock into the marina with its swing-bridge.

All beds are made up for your arrival and towels are supplied for your stay. Most rooms have under-floor heating and the lounge also has a log burner with the first basket of logs provided free of charge (Additional logs may be purchased from them if required).
