They only use local dairy products such as award winning Dewlay cheeses as well as other local cheese from the heart of Lancashire's prime cheese making area. As well as their meats and dairy produce, they source all of their vegetables from local suppliers meaning customers can enjoy tasty Pilling March potatoes, beautiful Fylde Coast tomatoes, Ribble Valley leeks, and carrots, Swedes, lettuce and other vegetables from Southport.

Their fish is all sustainably fished to help preserve their favourite species for future generations. They use Fleetwood landed fish from local fishmongers, with occasional specials including Morecambe Bay shrimp and line caught salmon from the River Lune. Their delicious shrimp are seasoned and potted on site by their chef which have quickly become a customer favourite. Their fishy favourites include breaded Plaice and Salmon in anchovy butter.
