Popular restaurant situated in the beautiful village of Scorton serving hearty British cuisine in a charming and cosy atmosphere.
They offer delicious contemporary dishes as well as traditional favourites made by their chef using only fresh ingredients supplied by local farmers and producers.
They only use local dairy products such as award winning Dewlay cheeses as well as other local cheese from the heart of Lancashire's prime cheese making area. These top quality products give a distinctive flavour, renowned across the land, which they are proud to serve to their customers. As well as their meats and dairy produce, they source all of their vegetables from local suppliers meaning customers can enjoy tasty Pilling March potatoes, beautiful Fylde Coast tomatoes, Ribble Valley leeks, and carrots, Swedes, lettuce and other vegetables from Southport.
Their fish is all sustainably fished to help preserve their favourite species for future generations. They use Fleetwood landed fish from local fishmongers, with occasional specials including Morecambe Bay shrimp and line caught salmon from the River Lune. Their delicious shrimp are seasoned and potted on site by their chef which have quickly become a customer favourite. Their fishy favourites include breaded Plaice and Salmon in anchovy butter.
