When it comes to serving great home-made food in a beautiful pub setting with bags of character, the Longlands is just the place for lunch or dinner. With its beautiful setting, stunning food and amazing offers it suits all tastes and budgets. Their passion for great food is clear to see in their freshly prepared dishes, made from the best seasonal products and cooked to perfection by their highly skilled chefs. Choose from a wide range of dishes including luxury fish pie, Cumbrian sirloin steak, and beer battered cod loins.
Pizzas are individually prepared, hand stretched and then cooked to order, using a special pizza cooking stone bases. You can choose from a variety of freshly baked 12 inch pizzas that are all created using only the freshest produce available.
The comfortable traditional bar is the perfect place to meet up with friends or pop in for a quiet drink or bar meal.

Based less than a mile from Junction 35 of the M6 and we have plenty of free parking right outside. Lancaster railway station - 10 miles, 18 minutes Carnforth railway station - 3 miles, 8 minutes Manchester Airport - 68 miles 1hour 14 minutes Blackpool Airport - 41 miles - 48 minutes
Leave M6 at jct 35 and head toward Kendal on the A6. About 0.5 miles from motorway jct take the roundabout onto the A6070 to Burton-in-Kendal and Tewitfield Locks.
