Reawakening British heritage and wild ingredients, crafted into unique tasting menus by esteemed chefs, Oli Martin and Sean Wrest.
Aven delivers a boutique style dining experience that Preston has never seen before. An intimate 32-cover contemporary fine dining restaurant, nestled between Preston’s Winckley Square, renowned for its Georgian splendour and the city’s stunning Avenham Park, which inspired its name.
Menus are designed around the best seasonal produce, cherry-picked from Lancashire’s outstanding growers and suppliers, with additional foraged ingredients to surprise and delight the palate. Championing sustainable practice is important and by searching for herbs, fruits and roots in the wild it helps to create fresh, flavourful dishes.
Aven is a special place, tucked away in the heart of the city on the edge of its prettiest park, making it the perfect destination for special occasions and intimate dining. The service is attentive and relaxed, in a welcoming and unpretentious setting, creating a truly memorable dining experience.
Aven offers two menus:
Set menu £49.00pp (5 courses) and the Tasting Menu £69.00pp (8 courses) (Vegetarian options available for both)
