Nether Kellet
The beautiful village of Nether Kellet is set amongst rolling limestone pasture. To the east of the village there are numerous limestone quarries. From the higher parts of the village, you can enjoy stunning views to the west over the picturesque Morecambe Bay to the mountains of the Lake District. The village features the Church of St. Mark. On the north wall of the Church, there is a memorial to the men of the village who served in both World Wars. There is also a "Peace Stone" commemorating the end of the Second World War, which is located in the Church garden.
