Situated in a peaceful rural location, yet only 15 minutes from Blackpool, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The site features; eight standard camping pods, eight heated camping pods, four family sized heated pods, three heated pods with wood fired hot tubs, nine bell tents and one bell tent with wood fired hot tub. Guests love; the friendly atmosphere, the warm welcome, the stunning lakeside communal lodge, sunsets over the lake and the roaring campfires at night. How peaceful and relaxing the site is. You will need to take your own bedding and airbeds if you are bringing children (or airbeds can be hired on site). Family pods sleep two adults and up to three children. Heated with decking area to sit out. They have a double bed, single bed with room for additional airbeds. Lake View heated pod with wood fired hot tub and lovely view over the lake. They have a double bed, single bed with room for additional airbeds. Woods View heated pod with wood fired hot tub, have a double bed, single bed with room for additional airbeds. Pods are open all year around. Bell tents sleep two adults and up to four children, are seasonal and run from April to October. Each magical looking bell tent is sat on its own decking, and features; a double bed, a double futon bed and stylish furnishings, as well as lights and bunting. Each bell tent comes with a wood burning stove to keep you warm and cosy. Stove packs available on site. Guests just need to bring their own bedding. There is a firepit located outside each pod amd bell tent. Electrical points are available in the nearby lakeside communal lodge, together with shower facilities. Battery packs can be hired. There are also additional loos and showers near to the pods and the bell tents.
