Established in 1906 Rawtenstall Market, Newchurch Rd BB4 7QX, is an outside open marketplace with a characterful market hall. Market days are Thursday and Saturday 9:00 - 16:00 whatever the weather. You will find fresh produce, butchers, fishmongers, traditional deli, Italian deli, fresh coffee and cakes, as well as Africa Al's handmade African sauces. Pet food and goods are also available. On the outside market, there are a range of permanent and guest stalls offering takeaway food and drink - Thai Shack - Thai and Asian cuisine; Pizza Box - handmade pizzas; Tahina - vegan plant kitchen; The Stinky Chef - Italian takeaway, Chicken Coop - all things chicken and The Juice Bar - fresh juices, milkshakes and sweet treats. On Saturdays the market is host to pop up street food traders.
