About Greenlands Farm Village

This is a real hands-on experience, loved by children and adults alike. Don't worry if it's raining there's lots undercover too and plenty of free parking. Come and meet our animals - including pygmy goats, our Kune-Kune Pigs, reptiles, bunnies and guinea pigs, plus lots more! Why not feed the animals, play on the tractors and new contactless card machine operated Go-Go Tractors, let off steam in the straw barn and then wander down the paddocks. We also have a daily itinerary running all year round for animal encounters. New for 2021, check out our brand-new air pillow. The farm staff will always be on hand to introduce you to many of our animals and will happily answer any questions you might have. All in all, we are home to more than 120 animals, some of which are unusual, rare breeds rarely seen. Wander around and you'll see there is lots more to enjoy. Guaranteed to bring to smile to everyone's face. You'll love our Straw Barn & the lovely spacious picnic spot where you can enjoy some of our delicious takeaway food from the farm shop or bring your own picnics, should the Cumbrian sun grace us with her rays - Amongst the fresh straw is a wooden adventure set to climb, clamber, swing high, slide down and hide under. - Experience being a real 'farmer' and have a go on our ride on tractors with trailers - Endless fun and entertainment even for the big kids, contactless card machine operated Go-Go Tractors. -Enjoy a bounce on our giant jumping air pillow which is fun for both adults and children. -In warmer weather don't forget to pack your swimsuit and towel, we open our splash pool every day in good weather* See social media for updates on when this is open. This is included in the entrance price and is a great way to cool off after a walk around the paddocks. Refurbished in 2021, our Play Barn is a place where babies, toddlers and older children can happily and safely climb, clamber, slide, swing and explore - whatever the Lancashire weather. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a fresh brew and a slice of something delicious. Hot and cold meals available* Last orders 4:00pm. Confident toddlers and children up to 12* love our football court, wonderfully bumpy four-lane slide, aerial rope bridge, huge scramble net, and super squeezy rollers. They will also love the different challenges and games set on each of our four stories. Young toddlers and babies delight in our dedicated section. It features padded slides, steps, blocks, wobbly characters, shiny mirrors, fun puzzles and other equipment designed to promote agility and mental development but, best of all, fun. *Don't forget your socks.
