Jump Rush Trampoline Park

Have the time of your life at Jump Rush Trampoline Park in Morecambe. They have something for the whole family and promise to keep you and the kids entertained! Whether you’re a fitness fanatic, a dodgeball pro, or just love a bounce around – Jump Rush is for you!

They have over 100 bounce zone trampolines, including both wall and floor beds, plus 8 specialist extra zones to check your strength, coordination and balance.

Don’t forget to visit their cafe too to quench your thirst and grab a bite to eat after burning all those calories.

Jump Rush Trampoline Park, Morecambe has a fun-filled calendar for you and the family!

Open every day from 10am – 9pm during school holidays, you can come and bounce away the boredom on the 100 trampolines, Ninja Zone, Battle Beams, Airbag 2m drop, dodgeball and basketball courts.

8 specialist extra zones include:

*Bounce Zone - With over 100 individual trampolines in our general jumping area, including wall beds and tumble beds, you can bounce the day away.

*Ninja Zone - Get in training and bring out your ninja skills in the specialist ninja zone – with obstacle courses, ladders, double-hanging poles and ropes. You will need ninja strength and lightning speed to complete!

*Dodgeball - A trampoline classic…take on friends (and enemies!) in a frantic game of dodgeball, with 16 beds plus wall beds.  Are you fast enough to dodge the shots?

*Airbag - 3 spectacular ways of leaping onto the giant airbag. Take your pick from a 1m drop onto the airbag launch trampoline, tumble your way down the tumble track, or dare you make the leap from the 2m tower?

*Battle Beams - In a game of balance, coordination and upper body strength, you can take on your opponent to see who will fall from the battle beams first. A throwback to the cult tv classic Gladiators… CONTENDERS ARE YOU READY!?

*Basketball – Two hoops stand ready to bounce, drop and practice your shooting skills. Make like a Fresh Prince and shoot some b-ball outside of the school.

*Traverse Wall - Hang on tight and be the fastest time of the day across our traverse wall, combining lightening reactions with upper body strength.

*Half Pipe - Show your skills with this quirky little zone – where you can literally bounce off the walls!

*Reaction wall - Panther-like reactions are required for this fun test of skill.  Will you be the fastest to hit the buttons?

From balancing on their battle beams to charging your way across the traverse wall, have you got what it takes to complete the Jump Rush trampoline park challenge and finish all zones?

They have a range of sessions to suit all ages and abilities, including Mini Bounce for the smallest jumpers, family sessions, Happy Bounce and disability friendly sessions as well. Carers also gain free entry on sessions.

Over 5 Sessions (£10 per bouncer)

11am – 7pm (Weekend and Half term)

Our 5 and over session is the busiest session at Jump Rush and is available for all those aged 5 and over.  A high-octane session with access to all jump zones, including the ninja zone, air bag and balance beams, these sessions run across the week at most times for 1-hour slots, though you can book for a double session if you would like to have twice the bouncing fun!

Family Bounce (£4.50 per child and adult)

4pm- 5pm (term times, Mon-Fri)

10am- 11am (term times weekends)

10am- 11am (half term)

Learning is more fun while you’re playing. The Family Bounce sessions are specially designed for little ones to have the freedom and security of running around without the worry of bigger ones getting in the way.

The sessions are aimed at those aged between 2 up to 5 years old (2-4yrs) and siblings up to 10 years old are also allowed to join in.  With access to all jump zones included, you can be sure that those little legs will be tired – but they do get a free piece of fruit included to revive themselves at the end!

Trampolining is both entertaining and physically stimulating for your child so you both can enjoy time together and you can rest easy that you have found things to do with the kids that you’ll both enjoy!  And, because it’s a family session, you can also bring in accompanying siblings up to age 10.  All children MUST be supervised by an adult while they are in the park.

Mini Bounce (£4 per session)

1pm – 2pm (Mon–Fri, Term Time)

9am–10am (Half Term, Wednesday & Saturday)

Specially developed for the littlest of bouncers, this session is strictly for those four and under. Limited to 50 jumpers per session this is especially for those little legs that may need extra space and a grown-up’s help to build confidence.

Lit Fridays (£15 includes hotdog and water)

Time: Every Friday 7pm-9pm

Friday nights are LIT at Jump Rush with a trampolining exclusive night with live DJ Set, featuring playlists including Calvin Harris, DJ Khaled, Katy Perry etc. A full 2-hour session with the lights down and sounds up, blasting for your Friday night.

Trampolining access is across all of the jump zones, including dodgeball, reaction wall, ninja zone and half pipe. Your session ticket also includes 50 redemption tickets for Pleasureland Amusement Arcade.

Dance ‘n Bounce - (£10 for 60 minutes or £15 for 120 minutes)

Time: Every Saturday 7pm – 9pm

Old school house music every Saturday night with fancy dress props and disco atmosphere.

Sessions are available to book as 60 mins or 120 mins and you can bring the whole family from aged 5 upwards.

The Jump Rush Crew will be rocking their fancy dress best and, although there’s no pressure to come dressed up, there will be prizes and it’s always appreciated.  There’s a photo prop box for you to take and share your best pics too!  Includes access to all jumping zones.

Fitness classes (£6)

Insane Fit Jump (Monday & Wednesday 8pm)

Bounce Bootcamp (Thursday 7pm)

Fun Fit Jump (Thursday 8pm)

Jumpalates (Tuesday 8pm)

Trampoline exercises are easily modified based on fitness levels, and they offer a range of trampoline classes at Jump Rush. Classes may focus on aerobics, strength, or just simple, non-jarring movement, all depending on who the class is developed for.  Some of the more basic movements of trampoline exercise include bouncing in place, jumping jacks, twists, side-to-side motions, running in place, dance movements, and a wide variety of other movements.

They divide the focus of their classes between 3 recognised levels of trampoline exertion levels:

• “Health bounce” (a gentle rocking motion that anyone in any state of health can do, which was said to stimulate the immune system)

• “Aerobic bounce” that involves elevating the heart rate (either running in place or dancing)

• “Strength bounce,” which involves higher bouncing with both feet leaving the mat (developing both abdominal and lower body strength directly as well as strengthening all bodily cells through the accelerative force applied.

Fantastic offers are available for parties, schools and corporate events, so please contact them if you require any further information.
