With 24 walls of fun, from the traditional climbing wall, challenging racings walls, jungle, space, and ice-themed walls there is a great range of challenges suitable for all abilities.

Climbers must be four years plus. Yes, that means parents can join in too.

Climbing tot sessions are available during the week for under four year olds.
Getting to the Adrenaline Centre couldn’t be easier. Based in Rossendale in the heart of Lancashire there are many excellent road networks available to get here. Rossendale is easy to access from Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and the West coast. Situated on Helmshore Road, Haslingden, the Adrenaline Centre is situated just of the M66 at the A56 bypass, onto Helmshore Road, following signs for Haslingden Sports Centre.
Upon arrival in Rossendale, the Adrenaline Centre is well serviced by bus, the Rosso 244 and the 484 service routes, as they go to Helmshore Road, Haslingden. Also, the East Lancashire Railway runs from Bury and Ramsbottom to Rawtenstall and from there the Adrenaline Centre is easily accessed by the 244 Rosso bus service. You can also get the train to Accrington, Burnley or Todmorden and then get the 465 Rosso bus into Rossendale. You can also get the metrolink from Greater Manchester into Bury and then the 484 Rosso bus service.
