Set in the large detached Shireburne Victorian house, the five fully furnished apartments have recently been refurbished and provide a peaceful atmosphere for visitors to relax and unwind. The luxury caravans sleep five or six with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. They are fully double glazed, centrally heated and insulated. The master bedrooms of the luxury caravans have an en-suite shower or bath facilities. The second bedrooms have twin beds. The family bathrooms have a large shower alongside the toilet and sink. The fully equipped kitchens feature full sized ovens with hobs, fridge, freezer and microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The dining area is complete with a table and seating whilst the contemporary lounges have comfy seating with a flat-screen TV, DVD or Blu-ray player and an electric fire. The caravans have out-door seating.
Located in 25 acres of woodland in the beautiful Forest of Bowland, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, each apartment is warm and comfortably furnished with views of the surrounding countryside. Each kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, oven and hob as well as crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Stonyhurst, Garnett and Newton apartments have an over-the-bath shower in the family bathrooms, Ribchester and Waddow have a large walk in shower cubicle. The apartments are on the first and second floor of the manor house, so may not be suitable for the less able. The caravans and the apartments are non-smoking throughout, with all bed linen and towels provided. There are two coin-operated launderettes on-site for longer stays and is ideal for the walkers and cyclists. The onsite bar opens on Friday evenings and Sunday lunchtime with a pool and darts room open all week long. Shireburne Park is an ideal base for a relaxing holiday or for exploring Pendle Hill country. For outdoor lovers there are numerous walking trails and cycle paths with fishing and golf available locally. The market town of Clitheroe, a mile away, has an imposing Norman keep and castle museum and is situated on the southern edge of the Yorkshire Dales, offering good shopping facilities, a thriving market, tea-rooms, pubs and restaurants. The Ribble Valley is one of England's best-kept secrets, with stunning and contrasting scenery, whilst the Yorkshire Dales National Park, Ingleton Falls, Lake District and the West Coast are within easy driving distance.

Leave the M6 at junction 31 take the A59 towards Clitheroe. Turn off at Clitheroe signpost onto A671. Turn left onto B6243, Moor Lane, following signs for Edisford Bridge. After crossing Edisford Bridge turn right onto Waddington Road follow caravan signs. The park is approx. one mile on the left.
