The Walled Garden is a leading Lancashire restaurant located within the Barton Manor Hotel. The restaurant occupies the area of the gardens originally planned to be a walled vegetable garden and diners can relax in the conservatory, enjoying semi-private dining or dine in the main restuarant.
With prime farming land all around, and a host of specialist growers and producers making the most of it, the restuarant has access to plenty of fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as quality meats and cheeses. There are no guarantees that every ingredient used is raised on the doorstep, but the restuarant is dedicated to bringing diners the cream of the local crop.
