Moor Hall is a Grade II listed gentry house of mid-sixteenth-century origin, one of the most important listed buildings in the UK. Talented chef-patron Mark Birchall creates delicate, produce-driven menus inspired by the exceptional surroundings and homegrown ingredients. His menus showcase a distinctive style of modern British cuisine, using produce grown on the five-acre Moor Hall estate or sourced from local suppliers, reflecting the broad culinary experience he has honed over the last 20 years.
