Bar & Kitchen at The Whitaker

Make a full day at The Whitaker Museum and visit The Bar & Kitchen.  The perfect place to eat in Rossendale.  A great relaxed environment to enjoy some locally sourced food and drink with a delicious menu perfect for a brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, cocktails, coffee and a mouth-watering Sunday roast.

The menu has something for everyone.  Working with the best independent, local suppliers and all the food is freshly made by the team.

Perfect for little ones as well.  Kids eat free Wednesday to Friday all day.  With a great selection of meals for our littlest visitors on the kids menu, including fish and chips, Explorers’ Picnic, and mac and cheese.  Come visit The Bar & Kitchen for the perfect place to eat in Rossendale for a great family day out. 

Did someone say supper club?  The Bar & Kitchen have extended the opening times on Thursday night to introduce a Supper Club.  Grab two or three courses.  Have a trip around the museum at night and stop off for some delicious food and drinks.

Available at The Whitaker Museum, are a range of spaces, perfect for both day and evening events, including weddings, conferences, dinners, receptions, parties and more.  All public and private spaces have been designed with events in mind.  Guests can enjoy food and drink throughout, including in the galleries and gardens.
