Signature dishes include: Twelve's Banana Butty - a take on an old classic from Paul's (proprietor) childhood. Leading to the development of their successful outside catering company 'Twelve Event Management'. Paul and Caroline organise lots of foodie events including cookery demonstrations, seasonal workshops and excursions as well as working with local school children to promote healthy eating and cooking. Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is the only restaurant in Lancashire to hold Michelin Bib Gourmand status and currently has two AA rosettes.
