Hare House & Barn Owl at Cobblestone Barn

Both Hare House and Barn Owl are set within the owner's grounds offering a peaceful escape.  Each boasting an abundance of character and charm and has been developed with the utmost care and attention, providing the perfect mix of traditional features and contemporary luxury.  

Located in a quiet spot in a quaint Lancashire village, the converted Dutch barns are surrounded by countryside and wildlife.  The cottages are equidistant between the seaside town of Blackpool, the historic city of Lancaster and the beautiful Trough of Bowland.  A short drive away is the popular seaside destination of Blackpool with its Pleasure Beach, zoo, Grand Theatre and Winter Gardens, there is something to cater to the whole family.

Guests are welcome to explore the grounds and relax in the wildlife area, with seating, a wild flower meadow, adjoining paddock and also fish in the large wildlife pond, stocked for course fishing.  Table tennis, dart board and traditional family games available.  

Hare House offers three bedrooms:  
One double with ensuite wet room, shower and WC, one twin and one double.  
Bathroom with bath, wet room style shower and WC.  
Lounge/kitchen/diner with wood burner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD.  
Kitchen area includes electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.  
Utility room has washing machine and dryer.  
Downstairs WC.  
Outside hot tub, seating area and adjoining shared wildlife area and paddock. 

Barn Owl offers two bedrooms:
Both doubles with ensuite wet room, WC and balconies. Lounge/kitchen/diner with wood burner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. 
Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. 
Downstairs WC. 
Outside: patio area, hot tub and adjoining shared wildlife area and paddocks. 

In addition to the above there is also an onsite calming wellness hut offering a range of holistic therapies which is run by the Cottage owner's daughter.
