The Coach and Horses

The Coach & Horses is a beautifully restored Grade II listed coaching inn, featuring a cosy bar, welcoming restaurant, microbrewery and seven stylish and unique bedrooms.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floors of the inn and offer a mix of family-sized rooms, dog-friendly rooms and inter-connecting rooms, ensuring there’s a room to suit every type of visit.

Each room can be provided with cot beds for those travelling with children, while Mouse has a mezzanine level with couch beds and Swallow has a living area which can be converted to offer two extra beds.

Each overnight stay includes a fantastic freshly cooked English breakfast, with guests choosing from an a la carte menu, as well as having the option to enjoy a selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt and fruit juices.  The cooked breakfast is made to order and includes lighter options such as poached eggs on toast through to a full English breakfast.

With Head Chef Ian Moss at the helm, the restaurant has earned two AA Rosettes for its commitment to quality, seasonality and flavour.  Menus celebrate local, seasonal produce, with guests able to choose from The tasting menu, a la carte menu, Sunday lunch menu, and a lunch/sandwich menu.
