About sō-lō Restaurant
After a great career, it's time for acclaimed chef Tim Allen to realise his dream. He has achieved accolades in all the major guides, featured in the Top 50 Gastropubs and the Top 100 Restaurants, had TV appearances, achieved successful reviews and great newspaper and magazine coverage.
Now with the opening of Allen's first truly solo venture in the village of Aughton in West Lancashire, finally sō-lō is born.
With 40 covers inside and a further 40 on the terrace, this informal modern British restaurant reflects Allen's classical training and international influences.
