Local residents and visitors can look forward to a regular fixture in the village calendar as the much loved Whalley Artisan Market confirms its return for 2026.

Organised by Crafty Vintage, the market will take place on the last Sunday of every month from March onwards, bringing a consistent buzz of creativity, independent trading and community spirit back to Whalley.

The first market of the year will take place on Sunday March 29th, from 11am until 4pm, marking the start of another vibrant season for the village.

Set within the heart of Whalley, against a backdrop of historic streets and the iconic abbey ruins, the market has become a firm favourite for those seeking something a little different. Visitors can expect a carefully curated mix of handmade goods, artisan jewellery, vintage finds, antiques, fresh local produce and small batch food and drink, all produced by independent makers from across Ribble Valley and the wider North West.

Stallholder applications are now open, with Crafty Vintage encouraging both established traders and emerging creatives to apply. The emphasis remains firmly on quality and balance, ensuring each market feels fresh while supporting a strong trading environment that attracts visitors from well beyond the village. The regular footfall generated by the market continues to provide a welcome boost to local shops, cafés, pubs and hospitality businesses.

There is also a call out for musicians, performers and workshop leaders to be part of the 2026 programme. Live music, street entertainment and hands on creative sessions will once again help transform market days into relaxed, family friendly events, making Whalley a popular Sunday destination.

Laura Johnson, Founder of Crafty Vintage, said:
“We’re delighted to bring the Whalley Artisan Market back for another year. This is where our journey began, and it remains a really special event for us. It celebrates Lancashire’s creative talent, supports small businesses and brings people together in a beautiful village setting. We’d love to hear from traders, performers and creatives who want to be part of 2026.”

The announcement forms part of Crafty Vintage’s first phase of 2026 event dates, which also includes the Darwen Lights Switch On and associated Christmas markets, with more locations and events to be revealed soon.

Stallholders, performers and workshop hosts can apply at CraftyVintage.com/traders.

Hey everyone! So I stumbled upon this site while scrolling through a forum about Aussie casinos. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much, but https://pokie.inc/ caught my eye because it had clear info about payouts and licenses. I’ve been playing online for a while, and it’s rare to see something so transparent. It’s nice to have a source I can actually trust, and for anyone in Australia looking for straightforward reviews, this one’s solid.
