The Big Burnley Walk is Back.
With three new routes, the walks provide an opportunity to explore and discover some of the fantastic places, trails and parks around the borough.
There will be three routes available, so there is something for everyone.
A Short Stroll – 3.9 miles
Medium Meander – 8.5 miles
The Big Burnley Walk – 13.4 miles
Registration from 9am. We ask that all participants arrive in good time to register, and collect their maps ready for their correct departure time.
9.30am – Big Burnley Walk departs
10.00am – Short Stroll departs
10.30am – Medium Meander departs
Depending on the walk length and walk speed, walkers will return back to the youth theatre at different points throughout the day where they can collect their walk certificate.
The event is FREE to enter.
