With accommodation laid out over six floors, Mill Heights represents a stunning example of a tower windmill of brick construction with a boat-shaped wooden cap.
The building was thought to have been constructed in the 18th Century before being sympathetically converted into a residential dwelling during the mid to late 1980s.
