The Derby Arms is situated between Longridge and Chipping, in the heart of the Lancashire countryside. In an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Derby Arms provides the perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay.  Located in the Ribble Valley is the perfect location for a visit to The Trough of Bowland, The Lake District, The Pennines or hidden Lancashire gems such as Waddington and Clitheroe.

At the Derby Arms, all of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs and free WiFi. No overnight stay at the Derby Arms is complete without trying the breakfast, which includes a full Lancashire breakfast, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and crumpets with cheese and bacon.

The Derby Arms is known for its food, service and surroundings. Daily changing specials showcase the best of what’s in season. Using the best produce from local farms throughout the menu and there are options to suit everyone’s tastes.  In addition to seafood specialities, the menu includes traditional pub classics and creative world food dishes.

Guests can enjoy a meal in the elegant restaurant before heading to the rustic bar where they can sit and relax with a glass of wine or enjoy one of the special selection of whiskeys..
