The menu changes monthly and is inspired by local produce and influenced by classic yet modern British cooking. On Sunday a traditional roast with delicious gravy and perfect Yorkshire puddings is served. Why not top it off with sticky toffee pudding or Lancashire cheese and biscuits.
After dinner you can relax in the opulent bar area and enjoy some hand crafted cocktails.
