Born from a road trip across America’s Southern States, we learnt the craft of barbecue from some of the region’s most respected pitmasters. Inspired by those experiences, Hickory’s Smokehouse brings together slow-cooked flavours, carefully prepared dishes & a welcoming team who pride themselves on genuine Southern hospitality.

We’ve been busy behind the scenes, and our latest menu brings a fresh mix of flavours to the table. Inspired by our latest travels through the Southern States, you’ll discover a new line-up of dishes & drinks alongside the Hickory’s favourites you already know & love.

From lighter bites to plates made for sharing, there’s even more to choose from – perfect for everything from laid-back lunches to long sociable meals, and those get-togethers that turn into something worth celebrating.

We’ve also shaken up brunch with some brand new dishes, giving you even more ways to start the day. And, with the warmer days ahead we’ve added a range of seasonal dishes, bringing the flavours of Spring & Summer to the Smokehouse.

Ready for some new Southern sips? Our bar team have been shakin’ things up. Think easy-drinking favourites, fresh flavours and the kind of serves you’ll want to keep in hand all season long. Whether you’re stopping by for one or settling in for a while, there’s plenty to sip, savour and come back for more.

Let’s Brunch

Brunch has got to be the most fun and certainly the most sociable meal of the day. There are few things more enjoyable than a long leisurely meal eating great food with your favourite people. The Americans seem to understand this more than most, & the Southern States in particular make it a real event. Our brunch menu has something for everyone, from Southern States to twists on classics, plus a couple of stacked showstoppers. Paired with a freshly brewed ‘Cup of Joe’, iced coffee’s or sweet tea’s, start your day the Hickory’s way!

A Taste of the South

Authenticity is absolutely key for us and that starts with our smokers. Anything good is worth waiting for, right? Our ‘Ole Hickory’ Smokers from Missouri & our ‘Southern Pride’ smokers from Tennessee are set right into the heart of our restaurants.

Our Smokehouse selection is cooked low ‘n’ slow, bringing out deep, authentic flavours inspired by the American South.

It takes more than a smoker to make our meat fall-off the-bone tender though. It’s the skill and passion of our pitmasters who have all been trained in the art of barbecue. At Hickory’s we have a saying... “Not all heroes wear capes. Some wear aprons.” And our pitmasters are our heroes.

Our Smokehouse menu celebrates exactly this. Think BBQ trays made for sharing, platters for when you want a bit of everything, and traditional authentic stapes you’d find at any Smokehouse in the states.

Not in the mood for smoked? No problem. With a wider choice of dishes, there’s something for everyone to get stuck into with families & friends and for those “I can’t decide” kind of moments.

And whatever you do… don’t skip over the appetisers and desserts. Trust us, they’re worth saving room for!

 

Smokin’ Deals

Midweek just got a whole lot tastier. Monday to Thursday from 3pm, our Smokin’ deals  serve up a not-to-miss exclusive dish inspired by the Smokehouse and beyond. Each day brings something different, giving you even more reasons to swing by.

Whether it’s after-work drinks, pre-dinner cocktails or just a laid-back sip, our neighbourhood bar is the place to be.

From homemade sodas & freakshakes to frozen & signature cocktails, Southern-inspired spritz and a full spirit selection. We’ve also got a full range of ice cold beers and over 25 bourbons we’ve collected on our trips across the states!

Whatever you’re sipping, we’ve got you covered.

 

Thank Hicks It’s Friday

What better way to celebrate the end of the week & say "Thank Hicks it's Friday" than listening to the sounds of the Deep South with a drink (or two) in hand!

Think £6 cocktails mixed to perfection, a pint of Driftaway IPA for just £4, a glass of wine for only £5, and the ultimate Southern classic non-alcoholic for a sweet £3.

For the Young ’Uns

Little guests are a big deal at Hickory’s. Our children’s menu is designed with families in mind, offering a balanced mix of familiar favourites, lighter choices and fun treats – perfect for small (or big) appetites. With family-friendly spaces to keep them entertained, including our cinema room and fro-co station, it’s a win for grown-ups too.
