Whitehall Distillery Gin Class

This gin experience offers a hands-on session where guests are welcomed with a drink, introduced to the distillation process, and guided in creating their own bespoke gin using a selection of over 30 botanicals. Each pair uses their own still to produce a 70cl bottle to take home, while enjoying additional gin tastings paired with dessert or local cheese. During the process, participants design a label and name for their creation, and finish by learning to shake a cocktail.
