A warm welcome from Head Tutor Bruno and Junior Tutor Emma will set you raring to get stuck into the recipes for the day, having fun and learning new skills as you go. You’ll work with the finest ingredients, inspired by Lisa Goodwin-Allen’s Michelin star dishes.

Each course holds a maximum of eight students, ensuring you have all the support you need to create incredible plates that taste as good as they look!
