Midsummer Family Gala at Becconsall

A good old fashioned day out for all the family.  Lots to get involved in.  Traditional games, sack race for adults and children, spud and spoon race, welly wanging.  Hesketh Bank v Tarleton Tug Of War Race.

Bouncy castles; children’s crafts including seed bomb necklace and green man/woman mask; children’s fancy dress competition and Graeme Iddon’s Gardeners’ Question Time in the marquee at 14.00; stalls to browse.  Food and drink available, including burgers, afternoon tea in a box and ice cream.  Heritage Walk will be open with picnic tables.
