About October Half-Term Arts and Crafts Clubs - Brockholes Nature Reserve

Head over to Brockholes this October for a full week of exciting activities designed for the whole family to get creative and learn new skills.

Each day will feature a FREE upcycled crafting session inspired by the season. This half term, we will be making some spooky paper plate creations. Will you make a pumpkin, a ghost or a scary monster? Leave your creation in the safe hands of our lovely Welcome Centre volunteers to dry as you embark on an adventure around the reserve, why not try our Xplorer Challenge nature trail to add a little extra excitement to your walk!

Each day throughout the half term, our paid Make and Take activity kits will also be available. These kits are great if you are looking to try a new skill or have a go at those messier activities that you would prefer not to do at home. Activities range from rock and painting to science experiments and archaeological digs. These kits include FREE squash and biscuits whilst you play. We have limited kits available so pre-booking is essential. Prices are £5.50 online and £6.00 if you decide to pay on the day.

With a mixture of free and paid events available, there is something for everyone at Brockholes this October so bring along the whole family!
