About Who Killed The Headteacher? - Blackburn Cathedral

It is Summer 1937, at the prestigious Berrigan Tuft School for Young Gentlemen, Headmaster Montgomery Rex has fallen prey to a malignant force bent on teaching “Monty” a lesson he will never forget!

Despite the school’s leafy appearance, all manner of problems have begun to crawl out of the parquet flooring. When Monty is brutally murdered, Detective Inspector November is dispatched from Scotland Yard to conduct the most rigorous of school inspections.

With a cast of eccentric characters, the inspector faces the sternest of examinations as he seeks the answer to the ultimate question… Just who did kill the Headmaster?

Performed live in the atmospheric depths of the Cathedral Crypt – expect sharp wit, brilliant twists, and theatrical mayhem!

Once again, the audience will be invited to deduce the murderer’s identity.

Play by yourself, come as a team or join in with others to work out the culprits and their accomplices – with prizes awarded to the top detectives!
