After being originally built in the late 18th Century, as accommodation for visitors to the Morecambe Bay area. A young architect from Manchester designed the building as a new public house for Boddingtons Brewery to which it remained until the late 1990s. After 18 months of renovations and stripping the building back to uncover and revive its original features, a sympathetic eye to renovations has been ensured as a nod to the rich history of the building, while also adding a modern twist. As another nod to its history, Boddingtons has been added to the tap wall, and you can find the original 'The Bath' sign hanging front and center on the wall.
