There are coarse and trout fisheries within easy walking distance. Walking both in the beautiful countryside and the Penines - nearby Beacon Fells. Trough of Bowland and Pendle, Yorkshire Dales and Lake District within one hour drive. Golf, swimming, tennis etc in the nearby towns. Holiday village facilities within 4 miles.
