All the en-suite bedrooms celebrate natural materials and clever detailing, with original artworks and bespoke oak furniture, and are fully equipped for the modern-day traveller. Food at Lancaster Barn is seasonal, vibrant and fresh and, as much as possible, is just-picked from the on-site market garden. Everything else is thoughtfully sourced from local artisan Lancashire producers. In the evening, a seasonal supper is offered, of locally cured meats and fine Lancashire cheeses, alongside just-harvested fruit and vegetables from the garden.
