Begin your enchanted adventure by heading into a festive animal barn, where you’ll be greeted by the elves, who will help you make the magical reindeer feed. You’ll also have the opportunity to write a letter to Santa, which you can give to him personally or post it in the Polar Express post box, plus personalise your very own festive decoration.
As you eagerly wait for Father Christmas, make your way to the Alpaca North Pole Stop. This is a perfect spot to have a photograph with one of the alpacas before you are escorted to Santa’s magical grotto.
Santa will be waiting to share one of his amazing stories to get you into the Christmas spirit and present you with a gift as you leave. Now you can visit the rest of the other animals, who’ll be as excited as you are.
There will be refreshments available by Betsy Pizza and the Fizz Box.
