Preston's annual chocolatey tumble event.
Preston's Egg Rolling event is back for 2025, this Easter Monday, complete with entertainment for all ages.
There will be market stalls to browse, artists and performances, plus fun interactive workshops, not to mention the annual Easter bonnet competition.
Of course, the egg rolling itself will take place and Plucky the chicken will be walking around, ready to wish everyone a Happy Easter. Don't miss an array of wacky walkabouts, creative workshops, out-of-this-world performances, and much more.

Avenham and Miller Parks are located in the heart of the city centre, less than five minutes walk from the railway station and only ten minutes from the bus station. A 40-space car park is available at the end of South Meadow Lane (opposite the Continental pub), just 30 metres away from the entrance to Miller Park. Alternatively, follow the signs to the Avenham Car Park in the city centre, from there it's a short walk to the park. Use postcode PR1 3XA. Alternative parking is available at the Fishergate Shopping Centre and the bus station car park.
Exit the railway station and turn right onto Fishergate. Walk into the city, past the Fishergate Shopping Centre until you reach Chapel Street on your right. Turn down Chapel Street and walk along the western side of Winckley Square (a lovely Georgian feature of the city). The Ribblesdale Place entrance to the park is about 50m further on, and takes you onto Avenham Park.
