Weaving Workshop at Barton Grange Garden Centre

Discover the magic of weaving on a four-shaft loom. 

Unleash your creativity as you explore colour, texture and pattern in a friendly, relaxed workshop. 

During this unique workshop, you will be weaving on the four shaft table looms using the shuttles.  The looms will be threaded with high-quality rug wool yarn (cream, light grey or black) and you can choose from weaving a rug, wall hanging, table runner, fabric for a cushion or a tote bag (please specify your project when booking). 

You will have a big choice of yarns in different colours and textures, experimental paper and raffia yarns, as well as woolly curls and sari silk ribbons to use for weaving.  There is something for everyone’s taste. 

Weaving is the craft of mindfulness and you will enjoy watching your unique project growing in front of your eyes.  

No previous experience is needed.
