See the Hall trimmed and decorated throughout with Christmas trees, garlands and greenery. Soak in the festive atmosphere with music and bell ringers. Smell the spices in the Victorian kitchen, where the housekeeper is busy preparing for the main day. Join in with the children's crafts and you can meet Father Christmas himself (please phone to book your place in advance, 01282 771 004).
Escape from the everyday, on this special event. You might even find that special gift in the shop or the Friends of Gawthorpe stall. Then warm up with a hot drink and snack in the MoochGawthorpe tearoom.
Gawthorpe Hall is a tower shaped building, over our floors with a lot of steps. Due to the historic nature of the building there is no lift. Please see the access guide for more details or ring 01282 771 004 to check.
