Irish soda bread and butter.
Honey roast parsnip soup, truffle oil and Parsnip Crisp (ve).

Smoked salmon and Atlantic prawn salad, pickled fennel and marie rose sauce.
Butter roasted turkey, garlic roast potatoes, maple roasted carrots and parsnips, sage and onion stuffing, fried sprouts, pigs in blanket and turkey gravy.

Parsnip, celeriac and carrot pithivier, Jerusalem artichoke purée, roast potatoes and garlic cream sauce (ve).
Apple and cinnamon tart, crème anglaise, poached apricot and oat crumble.
