Step into the shadows of Lancaster's past on this evening walking tour, uncovering the spooky and sinister stories that make up the city's long dark history.  From whispered tales of witchcraft to the grim spectacle of public executions and the spirits that are said to linger still.

Your award-winning guide will lead you through Lancaster's cobbled streets and hidden corners, sharing true tales of the ghoulish, the ghastly, the gloomy, and the grim.  Perfect as the nights get darker and the shadows longer.

Beginning at the imposing John O'Gaunt Gatehouse, Lancaster Castle's main entrance, the tour winds through the city's atmospheric streets before concluding at The Borough in Dalton Square for parched peas and a chance to take refuge from the night.

Duration: approximately two hours
Bring sturdy shoes and a warm coat.
