About Goat Yoga

Unwind with a unique yoga experience alongside our friendly goats. Goat Yoga is a wonderful way to switch off from everyday stresses and has been shown to support wellbeing by easing tension, anxiety and low mood. Whether you're new to goat yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this experience offers a fun and grounding way to reconnect with nature.

Your session includes a 40-minute Vinyasa-inspired yoga class, followed by 20 minutes of relaxed goat time. During this free time, you're welcome to stroke the goats, take photos and enjoy the calm surroundings of the indoor barn. Group sizes are kept small to maintain a tranquil and safe atmosphere, and your instructor will gently guide you through poses designed to relax the mind and build strength.

Please note: our goats roam freely during the session and may wander around you as you practice.
