Fusion 3 Festival at The Three Fishes

Celebrated Lancashire chef Nigel Haworth is bringing together an exceptional line-up of chefs for Fusion 3, a week-long celebration of culinary collaboration at his renowned restaurant.

Following the success of previous Fusion events, Nigel is once again opening the doors of his kitchen to some of the most exciting and distinctive chefs working in Britain today.  Each evening will see a different chef join Nigel to create a unique dining experience, bringing their own culinary heritage, personality and style to The Three Fishes.  Chef include Kirk Haworth, Sabrina Gidda, Tom Parker and Ping Coombes.
