Enchanted Christmas at Towneley Hall with Santa

This Christmas, something truly magical is waiting behind the doors of Towneley Hall…

Step inside the beautiful historic Hall and leave the winter world behind as your family begins an enchanting journey filled with Christmas wonder, festive traditions and a little North Pole magic.

Your Christmas journey begins as you arrive in the magnificent Great Hall, a beautiful setting for the very first moments of your festive experience.

From here, you’ll make your way into the elegant Green Regency Room, where Santa’s very own Elf Evergreen will be waiting to welcome you.

Settle into the magic of Christmas as little ones enjoy festive crafts, discover seasonal surprises and, of course, join Elf Evergreen for the very important task of checking Santa’s Nice List.

There is no need to rush. This is all part of your Christmas experience — a chance to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, soak up the festive atmosphere and watch the excitement build as the moment to meet Santa draws closer.

There will be sweet treats and drinks with a special festive pop-up, adding another little touch of Christmas warmth to your visit. As part of your experience, each ticket holder will receive a complimentary seasonal hot drink and festive treat to enjoy.

A selection of additional festive treats and hot and cold refreshments will also be available to purchase throughout your visit, alongside a selection of special items from the Towneley Hall gift shop.

And then… It will be time...

Elf Lumi will arrive to welcome your family and lead you through to the Red Regency Room for the moment your little ones have been waiting for — your own magical family visit with Santa Claus.

Step inside Santa’s beautifully decorated Christmas room, where the warmth and wonder of Christmas awaits.

With Elf Lumi by his side, Santa will welcome your family into his magical world, sharing stories, personalised Christmas wishes and those wonderful little moments that make meeting Santa feel so very special.

There is time to talk, laugh, share in the excitement of Christmas and capture those unforgettable photographs — all while your little ones enjoy the wonder of having Santa’s attention entirely to themselves.

Before you leave, there will be some very special reminders of your visit, including a Personalised Towneley Hall Christmas Nice List Certificate and a beautiful Christmas Believe Bell, tied with festive ribbon.

A little piece of Christmas magic to take home and treasure!
