Starter:
Roast tomato soup, basil oil, warm bread, butter (gfa) (vea) (v).
Smokes haddock fishcake, pea purée, poached egg and lemon.
Warm goat's cheese filo tart, prosciutto, tomato chilli chutney and watercress salad.

Main:
Slow roasted duo of turkey and honey glazed ham, sage and onion stuffing, pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, creamy mash, roasted vegetables and rich poultry gravy (gfa).
Baked salmon fillet, dauphinoise potatoes, sweet potato purée, lemon butter sauce and tenderstem broccoli (gf).
Cheese and onion pie, creamy mash, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables (v).
