Christmas Party Nights at Holland Hall with In Harmony

Celebrate the season in style with a party night to remember.

Kick off the evening with happy hour from 17:30, the perfect way to get into the festive spirit.  Enjoy a sparkling drinks reception with festive fizz or bottled beer, before sitting down to a delicious two-course meal.  The celebrations continue with fantastic live entertainment, followed by our resident DJ, who will keep you dancing until the end of the night.  

Performing a variety of hits from the '60s to the present day, this dynamic duo combines beautiful harmonies with outstanding vocals to keep you singing along all night at an exclusive party night in the ultimate purveyors.  Smaller parties may be seated with other guests to create a lively festive atmosphere.  Bookings of 10 or more will be seated as a sole party.  Adults only.

Two course menu:
Main course:
Slow roasted turkey and honey glazed gammon.  Sage and onion stuffing; pigs in blankets; rich poultry gravy; creamed mash; roast vegetables and roast potatoes (gfa).

Slow braised beef medallion. Creamed mash; roasted vegetables; fine beans and red wine beef gravy (gfa).

Pan roasted salmon fillet.  Herb butter crushed potato cake; sweet potato purée; tomato and basil butter sauce abd tenderstem broccoli (gf).

Roasted cauliflower, chickpea and spinach balti.  Wrapped in filo pastry; braised basmati rice; coconut curry sauce and grilled pak choi (v) (ve).

Dessert:
Lemon and white chocolate pavlova.  Lemon curd and raspberry gel (gf).

Malteser chocolate torte.  Chocolate ganache and chocolate pencil.

Banoffee tart.  Chantilly cream and caramel sauce.

Vanilla creme brulee.  Shortbread biscuits and winter berries (gfa).
