CHICKEN & WINE NIGHT IS BACK 🍗🍷
Golden rotisserie chicken. Fire-cooked vegetables. A glass of wine to finish the working week.
Join us on Friday 25th September, 4–8pm for the next Chicken & Wine Night at Longridge House.
This time, we’re heading into early autumn with 24-hour brined rotisserie chicken, flavoured with garlic, lemon and thyme and served with crispy duck-fat roasties, plus your choice of fire-cooked vegetables:
-Charred tenderstem with romesco sauce & toasted almonds
- Fire-roasted hasselback squash with apricot & harissa glaze, feta & olive salsa
- Ember-roasted beetroot with whipped feta, honey, pistachio & pomegranate
All served with a glass of house wine.
A relaxed Friday evening, good food from the fire and a very good excuse to get everyone around the table.
