Maods Present: “Disney's Frozen: the West End Musical” - Lancaster Grand Theatre

"MAODS are proud to present “Disney’s Frozen: The West End Musical” which tells the story of Anna & Elsa, two sisters torn apart by Elsa’s extraordinary ice powers, as they tackle obstacles, (and the occasional ‘Monster’) in order to save their beloved kingdom of Arendelle from the eternal winter it has been plunged into. Along the way, Anna meets a merry bunch of companions to aid her in her quest, including snowmen dreaming of living ‘In Summer’ and even reindeers, often perceived to be ‘Better Than People’. Exploring heart warming themes of love, loss, and sisterly devotion, the smash hit musical brings iconic songs such as ‘Love Is An Open Door,’ ‘For The First Time in Forever’, and of course, the showstopping ‘Let It Go’ (Academy Award ‘Best Original Song’ Winner).

Disney’s “Frozen the West End Musical” is based on the Disney film written by Jennifer Lee and directed by Chris Buck & Jennifer Lee, with book by Jennifer Lee and music and lyrics by Kristen Anderson-Lopez & Robert Lopez.

The film was adapted for the stage by Jennifer Lee and was originally directed on Broadway by Michael Grandage and produced by Disney Theatrical Productions in September 2016.

This amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorised performance materials are also supplied by MTI."

Public bookings will be open from 9th November 2026.
