As the only North West venue on this landmark UK tour, Showtown offers a rare opportunity to experience iconic costumes, musical instruments, handwritten lyrics, photography and personal treasures that reveal the creativity, innovation and enduring influence of David Bowie. This strictly limited experience is your chance to get closer than ever to the legendary artist whose imagination transformed music, fashion and popular culture.
Items will include Bowie’s legendary costumes, musical instruments, career spanning photography and personal treasures, including the stopwatch he used when songwriting; plus never-before-seen items including Polaroids of make-up tests, a Ziggy Stardust-era acoustic guitar, unrealised scripts, and handwritten lyrics, performance notes and costumes from Bowie’s final albums, The Next Day and★ (Blackstar)
